Vacuum electrical copper strip flexible connection is a copper conductor made of multiple layers of copper foil superimposed and welded, mainly used in vacuum electrical equipment.
Xinyue Copper Industry's copper foil flexible connection raw materials are T2 or above copper strips, with a copper content of more than 99.95%, and a single copper foil thickness of about 0.03-1mm, which can be customized in batches. Copper strips can be divided into soft and hard states according to their state to meet different production and installation needs.

The copper foil flexible connection products after hot melt welding are passivated, and the burrs, stains, corrosion, bumps, scratches, anti-oxidation, washing and drying, molding, packaging, etc. on the surface and surrounding areas are treated. The overlapping surface of the product can be drilled according to customer needs. The soft connection part can be wrapped with an insulating sleeve as a whole or in part.
